After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and then head to Tiananmen Square, which is the world’s largest public square and also the symbol of China. Admire landmark buildings such as the Monument to the People’s Heroes and the Great Hall of the People (exterior view). Then enter the Palace Museum (Forbidden City). Follow the guide to visit core palace complexes including the Hall of Supreme Harmony, Hall of Central Harmony, and Hall of Preserving Harmony, appreciate the exquisite court architecture and precious cultural relics, and gain an in-depth understanding of the history and culture of the Ming and Qing dynasties’ royal families. After breakfast, visit the Great Wall at Juyong Pass, known for its steep mountains, scenic views, and impressive ancient defenses. Continue to a jade factory to see traditional craftsmanship and shop for souvenirs. Stop at Olympic Green for photos of the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. After lunch, explore the Summer Palace, walking around Kunming Lake and the Long Corridor while enjoying the pavilions, bridges, and serene royal gardens. Overnight in Beijing.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the Beijing West railway station to take high bullet speed train to Xi’an. (Journey time approx. 4.5-5 Hrs) Welcome to Xian, the capital of 13 ancient China dynasties! Upon your arrival at the train station, you will be escorted to the hotel for check in. Later visit Xi’an City Wall, also known as the Fortifications of Xi’an, is the most complete city wall that has survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Walk on this largest and best-preserved ancient city wall in China, feel the profound history and majestic outline of Xi’an, and choose to ride a bike or walk to admire the surrounding scenery. After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and drive to uncover oneof the greatest archaeological discoveries in the world – the Terracotta Army Museum, which was built by the first emperor of China – Qin Shihuang to protect him in his afterlife. There are about 8,000 vivid life-size Terracotta Warriors found so far.Visit the No.1, No.2, No.3 Pits and the Bronze Chariot and Horse Exhibition Hall, witness the lifelike shapes of thousands of terracotta warriors and horses, and feel the shocking charm of the Qin Dynasty’s military culture.Later visit crockery factory. In the afternoon have some free time for shopping at MuslimStreet. Explore the vibrant Muslim Quarter of Xi’an, where you can taste local snacks, bargain for souvenirs. Overnight in Xi’an.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Chongqing (Approx 2 Hrs). Welcome to Chongqing, the Mountain City of China! Upon your arrival in Chongqing, you will be escorted to Chongqing Port to board your Yangtze Cruise. Complete the boarding procedures and board the cruise ship to check into your designated cabin. Overnight on the cruise.

Spend the whole day on the Yangtze River cruise ship. Along the way, you will pass through the core section of the Yangtze Three Gorges. The cruise ship will slow down to allow tourists to admire the magnificent landscape of Qutang Gorge, Wu Gorge, and other sections. The cliffs on both banks and lush vegetation make the scenery picturesque.The cruise ship will also arrange leisure and entertainment activities (such as Three Gorges cultural lectures, folk performances, etc., subject to the cruise ship’s arrangement). You can participate freely, or take photos, admire the river view on the deck, and relax.Continue to stay on the cruise ship overnight.

After breakfast on the cruise ship, continue the Three Gorges journey, passing through the remaining sections such as Xiling Gorge. Admire the unique landscape of “numerous shoals and rapid currents” and feel the grandeur and magnificence of the Yangtze River. Along the way, the cruise ship may dock at designated viewing locations. You can go ashore to watch natural and cultural landscapes up close (specific docking points subject to the cruise ship’s itinerary) or stay on the ship to rest and communicate. After breakfast on the cruise ship in the early morning, complete the disembarkation procedures and end the Yangtze River cruise journey. Transfer to Yichang East Railway Station and take a high-speed bullet train to Shanghai (journey time: approximately 6-7 hours). The train passes through provinces such as Hubei, Anhui, and Jiangsu. You can admire the scenery of plains, rivers, and lakes along the way or rest on the train. Upon arrival at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, you will be picked up by guide and transferred to the designated hotel in the urban area to complete check-in procedures. After arrival, go to the hotel restaurant to enjoy the meal. After dinner, you are free to relax. Overnight stay in Shanghai.

Then head to the Bund to enjoy its historic architecture.
