Arrival at Dubrovnik Airport and transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast start your Dubrovnik city tour. It is said that “Those who seek paradise on Earth should come to Dubrovnik”. The tour includes visits to the Dominican Monastery with its fine collection of medieval paintings. Our guide will lead you through the narrow streets of the Old Town introducing you to the history and culture of this magnificent city. Other buildings will be viewed along the way. After breakfast checkout from the hotel and leave for Split. Enroute you will get free time to explore Ston which was the second most important town, after Dubrovnik, of the Dubrovnik Republic. This was confirmed by the monumental walls, constructed between the 14th and 15th centuries, and extending over 5 kilometers in length. The walls were fortified by forty towers and bastions. Later continue to Split. After arrival checkin to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure.
After breakfast, start your day with a walking tour of the old town of Split which is built on and around the spectacular Roman Palace erected by the Roman Emperor Diocletian (born in Salona – today’s Solin) in the 4th century. This tour starts with a visit to the cellars of the Palace that are still very well preserved. The cellars offer a good view at how the life in the Palace was organized. Other sights such as the Golden Gate, the Silver Gate, the Peristyle Square etc. will be seen from the outside. Overnight at the hotel in Split.
Breakfast at the hotel. Later embark the local ferry /catamaran to Hvar. Upon arrival, enjoy a tour of the culture, art and history of Hvar, one of the principal destinations on the Dalmatian Riviera. Hvar is home to fiercely proud, determined and courteous people, who are eager to show off their city.
Walk around historical center of Hvar, called Groda; you’ll also see the city square, the arsenal, the theater and the cathedral. You will get free time for lunch and exploring the island on your own. Later embark the local ferry / catamaran to Split. Overnight at the hotel in Split.
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and transfer to Plitvice. Visit of the Plitvice National Park with local guide which is one of the most beautiful and best preserved national parks in the country. This is why the entire lakes and surrounding area were declared a national park in 1949 and are listed on the UNESCO`s list of World Heritage Sites because of its exceptional beauty. it is a valley situated between high forested mountains in which lie, one below another, a string of sixteen beautiful lakes of crystal blue and green waters. Fed by small streams and brooks, they spill into each other in 92 foaming cascades and thundering waterfalls. The lakes themselves cover about 2 square kilometres and the entire national park covers 200 square kilometres. The Plitvice lakes scenery will simply delight you regardless whether you are walking the paths and wooden
bridges, taking a boat ride or just taking photographs. Later transfer to the hotel in Plitvice for your overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure for personal exploring. Later start your journey towards Zagreb. Enroute stop in Rastoke for personal exploring. Rastoke is a watermill village situated where the blue-green water of river Slunjčica flows into the Korana river. Most of the houses were built at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. Because of its extraordinary natural beauties and historical tradition, in 1962 Rastoke village fell under the protection of the State Directorate for cultural and historical heritage. Many ancient civilizations, as well as contemporary urban environments witness that the water has always attracted people to come to its banks and settle there. Arrive in Zagreb. Overnight at the hotel in Zagreb.
After breakfast start your day with Zagreb city tour with local guide. Zagreb grew up on two neighbouring hills: Kaptol – the centre of spiritual and religious life of north-western Croatia and Gradec – the commercial centre of skilful tradesmen and craftsmen. Visit the Upper Town with its Gothic Cathedral, the beautiful and ornate St. Catherine’s church or the massive St. Mark’s church with its famous colour-tiled roof. Continue to the medieval Stone Gate and “Dolac”, the open-air market which are a must for all visitors. Overnight at the hotel in Zagreb.
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and transfer to Zagreb airport for your departure flight.
